These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and transportation services provided by 247 Executive Rydes (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.1 A booking request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation via email, SMS, or another approved communication method from 247 Executive Rydes.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking request where services are unavailable, pricing errors occur, incorrect information is supplied, or operational requirements cannot be met.
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including passenger information, pickup location, destination, travel dates, and contact details, are accurate.
3.1 All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be charged at the agreed rate shown in the booking confirmation.
3.3 Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
3.4 Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. We do not store complete credit or debit card details on our servers.
4.1 Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
4.2 Any delay caused by the passenger may result in additional waiting charges.
4.3 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, and identification where applicable.
4.4 Passengers must notify us of any special requirements, accessibility needs, excess luggage, child seats, or other relevant information at the time of booking.
5.1 Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers, staff members, and other passengers.
5.2 We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger behaves aggressively, abusively, unlawfully, or in a manner that compromises safety.
5.3 Smoking, illegal substances, and any activity that may damage the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Passengers may be held responsible for repair or cleaning costs resulting from damage caused during the journey.
6.1 While every effort is made to operate services according to schedule, we cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times due to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 We reserve the right to substitute vehicles, drivers, routes, or schedules when operationally necessary.
6.3 In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may modify or cancel services without liability beyond applicable refunds.
7.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs.
7.2 Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund.
7.3 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are generally non-refundable.
7.4 If we are unable to provide the booked service, we may offer:
A suitable alternative service;
A rescheduled booking; or
A full refund of the amount paid.
8.1 Flight information supplied by the customer will be used to monitor flight arrivals where possible.
8.2 Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.
8.3 Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may incur extra charges.
8.4 We are not responsible for missed flights resulting from insufficient travel time allowed by the customer.
9.1 Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings at all times.
9.2 We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items unless required by applicable law.
9.3 Passengers must ensure luggage quantities are suitable for the vehicle booked.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247 Executive Rydes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 From time to time, photographs or promotional content may be created during tours or events.
11.2 Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify us in advance.
12.1 We collect and process personal information solely for booking administration, customer support, operational purposes, and legal compliance.
12.2 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
12.3 Information may be shared with service providers directly involved in delivering your booked services where necessary.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
